Look what we have here. It seems K and C aren’t as close anymore, and whats up with S and J…? Anybody got any clues. J and K were seen at Julies on the dance floor. And S, well she spent Saturday night alone talking to C. And whats with KM? Where did she disappear to, and who is L? Where did she come from? All these answers and more soon to come.

Newport Harbour is the Haven of Orange County. Every where from palm trees, to scandalous gossip makes Newport Harbour paradise. But in every paradise there are its problems.
When Newport Harbour is named the Haven of Orange County it brings along many outsiders that don't belong. With them comes strange accurances as everything gets twisted up.
Kyla and her family are the most well known citizens, but when a murder takes place Lily, Kyla's younger sister is investigated. They go from top to bottom within days after the murder. As Kyla takes it into her hands, several more murders happen, all of young teenagers right out of Newport High School. When Kyla is close to figuring the mystery out, everything else goes wrong. Can this paradise be saved, or will it go down just like all the other Haven's of Orange County.
Your job, either as a new or old citizen of Newport Harbour is to choose which side your on. Are you on the side that is trying to solve the murders and robberys, or are you on the side of doing it? It all comes down to one question, will you be next?

Kyla likes Troy, whos friends with Julius who says he should go for Kyla. But Kendra, Aiden's ex, likes Troy and wants to butt in. Aiden who is Troy's friend too wants Kyla. Kyla's bestfriend Sophia wants Aiden and Julius likes her.
But when a new comer arrives, Lily Hastings, on vacation and decides to stay she decides she wants Troy and is determined to get him and won't stop at anything. Brody, who is Troy's friend and likes Kyla decides to help, sleeping with Kyla's sister Lily who wants Julius's brother Hunter, who ends up with Sophia, or does he?
